Art Direction, Interactive Design

MY NAME IS JASMINE, AKA JAZ. I'm a Brooklyn-based Multidisciplinary Designer with 10+ years experience. I have worked for companies such as Random House, PBS Kids, Ruckus Media Group/Ruckus Learning,  and also Nickelodeon for 6 years, where our team won an Emmy for the Nick App.

My projects include the (new) redesign of StoryCorps to incorporate their revitalized branding, the complete redesign of Good Food Jobs, and more recently the complete redesign of Union Savings Bank. You can check out some more of my work in more detail through the digital agency Webinhabit. I am currently the Senior Interactive Designer for the ELA team at Curriculum Associates.

I love to cook as well as travel, but I am also super passionate about paper! I'm the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the blog Strictlypaper, which highlights the creative uses of paper across various categories ranging from fashion, to animation, to architecture, and more! I started this blog in 2010 with the hope of connecting and inspiring paper artists, and artists alike, from all around the world.
