Webinhabit was tasked to create a microsite as a promotional piece for a joint campaign with the The Red Foundation.

OBJECTIVE
An eCommerce store visually melding the branding voice of Vespa USA and the Red Foundation. We were given two and a half weeks for full design and build.
RESEARCH
We already had the existing Vespa site as a start, but I wanted to add a little more edge. The first iterations took a nod from the inspiration above. Text overlays, shifting grids, asymmetrical layouts and most importantly unique characteristics.
FIRST ITERATIONS
I played with a few different directions where the text was in the back. Since there were only 5 products total, it made sense to have a four column design where one of the main products was the center piece.
FINAL DESIGNS
We ultimately went with the slanted background and lost the text behind, adding a couple of elements from some of the other designs. Then these designs were translated into product emails as well.
